Klarna has confidentially refiled paperwork for a US initial public offering, according to people familiar with the matter, after an earlier attempt was shelved amid market volatility.
The Swedish buy-now-pay-later company is aiming for a valuation that would approach or exceed its 2021 peak of $45.6 billion, a level the company fell well short of in intervening private funding rounds.
